This year’s Barcelona Breast Meeting was held over four days as a hybrid event featuring onsite and remote speakers, the latter spread all around the world.
The event was held in the Catalan Art Nouveau Hospital de Sant Pau and in the AXA Auditorium, both in Barcelona. In the two venues we set up the computer, sound, content management and remote connection equipment using software such as Zoom and Teams. We also delivered the production with two Full HD cameras to broadcast the event to the more than 250 speakers connected remotely.
The whole event was conducted with content management using NDi as well as broadcast through our video server to cover more than 600 attendees daily with backup for broadcasting throughout the congress.
