CD Bard Punta Umbria Convention
Project Description
In association with Tigrelab, we went to Huelva to host the CD Bard EMEA Convention.
For this event, we provided all of the audiovisual media for the Plenary room, with a total of 800 guests. The main stage consisted of a double projection through a 10m x 4m 2.6mm LED screen as well as a Barco 30k projection onto a 7m x 4m microtul.
The effect surprised the guests as there was lots of interaction between the speakers and their presentations thanks to the novel reactive system that we specially created for this project.
The room was also equipped with 2 delay screens, multi-camera recording equipment, line-array sound setup and robotic and LED lighting.
