Gran Consumo AECOC Congress 18
Project Description
This is the 6th time we have been the technical team for the AECOC Gran Consumo Congress. On this occasion, it took place at the Palacio de Congresos in Madrid.
We worked with and prepared the following spaces:
- Plenary Hall
- Reception Hall
- Press Room
- Press Work Room
- 4 x Parallel Rooms
- VIP Dinner – Madrid Stock Exchange
- Congress Dinner
After 4 intensive days of setting up and rehearsing, the result was a spectacular show put on by the TRILOPE agency.
The set design was the part of the show that most surprised the guests as the Technical Department had installed a 13m x 5m, 2.6mm LED screen there along with video and sound systems and specific lighting so as to illuminate the stage at all times.
Thanks to a more than 3 month long production by our team the result was more than our client could have possibly imagined.
