TEVA POST-ECTRIMS Congress 2018
Project Description
In association with InOut, we hosted the TEVA POST-ECTRIMS 2018 Congress.
Our client wanted a circular backdrop that fitted in with the architecture of the congress’ venue, the Palacio de Linares auditorium. To achieve this, our technical team built a decorated curve that measured 14 x 4 meters with a central projection of 5 meters. This was all accompanied by an elegant stage that was designed according to the needs of the event.
The Technical Department carried out technical support of the plenary room, as well as the three other simultaneous rooms where we provided video, sound, lighting, translations, decorating and media streaming over two simultaneous broadcast channels with our Epiphan Mini Pearl setup.
