We are proud to have collaborated with ONE EVENT in organizing the SGS France Group Convention, a significant event held at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel in Barcelona. The event spanned two weekends, hosting 250 and 350 attendees respectively. For this important occasion, we provided technical services and decoration for both the plenary hall and the various parties and gala dinners held at exceptional locations such as the iconic Cavas Codorniu.

This multifaceted event involved the staging of three different events on two consecutive days. We installed a high-definition LED screen and utilized the Watchout content management system for effective and precise visual presentation control. We built a stage tailored to the client’s needs and provided a range of furniture to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Furthermore, we used the advanced Aquilon system by AnalogWay, ensuring the highest image quality. Our team of specialized technicians also implemented a multi-camera production system, capturing every aspect of the event from multiple angles and perspectives.

In addition, we provided exceptional quality lighting, designed to highlight key moments and create the perfect atmosphere. Our high-quality sound, delivered by our expert technical team, ensured every sound was heard clearly and precisely.

Each stage of this event represented a significant technical production, as different events unfolded each day. However, in all of them, our expert team ensured flawless delivery of our audiovisual and technical services. This convention was a reflection of our team’s dedication and skill in adapting to each client’s needs and creating memorable experiences.
